We are planning to upgrade our last Openvz 6 node to Openvz 7 or KVM. It will be facing a downtime average of 2 hours.

We are going to upgrade our node virtualization version and going to change VPS control panel solusvm to virtualizor.
We are currently taking all VM backup on our backup server. This upgrade will take 72 hours' time. Our accepted downtime will be 2 hours. Please take a backup of your VM.

 Server Krypton Face a downtime during update cPanel. 

Update 1: The device is up but sadly in grub rescue, we can't even go into an older kernel version.

Update 2: This is sadly out of the scope of support also note that we are working to fix and the boot loader is corrupt.

We've identified an inbound Denial of Service (DoS) attack that is targeting our Singapore server. The attack was large enough to negatively impact our network and servers, we've null routed the IP address until the attack subsides.

Once the attack has subsided, the null route will be removed and connectivity to service will be restored.

Atlanta to Charlotte Migration

As we announced about three weeks ago, we are planning to migrate all servers located in Atlanta, GA to Charlotte, NC on Sunday, September 24. The move is scheduled and will proceed. 
We have deciced to split the move into two phases, with each phase having a separate moving truck. The first phase will begin as originally announced at 12:00AMEastern Daylight Time (GMT -4). The second phase will begin at 4:00AM. The second phase servers will remain online in Atlanta until 4:00AM. Once the second phase of the migration begins, network connectivity will be re-routed to Charlotte in anticipation of the first phase servers arriving.
Due to several areas of heavy road construction between Atlanta and Charlotte, we have decided to extend the maintenance window to 18 hours. While we do not have any specific knowledge of anticipated delays, we want to allow some additional time due to the unpredictability of the road construction. We are still going to strive to remain within the originally planned 12 hour window and our priority is to restore service as quickly as possible.
In preparation for the migration, we would recommend rebooting your server by Friday, September 22 using your operating system's standard reboot command. This is recommended to make sure that the system comes back online on its own and does not need attention prior to the migration.

Schedule Disk Upgrade: We are going to a schedule SSD disk upgrade in our servers. If you are in our DDoS protected node then you will note this issue,  It will face small downtime. 

What we are going to upgrade: 

Current node has 3x960 GB  Raid 1 Disk and we are going to upgrade it 2x1.2TB NVMe disk.  NVMe is faster than SSD.
